4. What is the current betting percentage and how is the line moving? Is the line moving toward or away from your side? Is this the public or sharp money driving the move? Context matters.
5. Have I accounted for key situational factors? Rest, travel, injuries, weather, motivation. If any of these significantly affect your projected spread, have you adjusted for it?
6. Am I betting within my staking rules? Is this a 1-unit, 2-unit, or 3-unit game by your pre-defined system? Never deviate based on how you feel about the game.
